David Noyes produces small lots of highly individual wines from select Sonoma county vineyards. We harvested the fruit for this wine from an 80-year old planting on the Pagani Ranch in Sonoma Valley. Seldom found outside its native Friuli in Northeast Italy, tocai produces a distinctively aromatic dry white wine, with a crisp, mineral finish.
