Fig & Balsamic Recipe

2 cups fresh figs, remove tips and cut into quarters
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
drizzle of fresh honey

Prepare figs and drizzle with balsamic vinegar and honey. Allow to sit for 1 hour prior to service. Serve with slices of Vella Cheese Company Romanello.
Note: The Fig and Balsamic will hold for 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
