Anani Lawson exemplifies the perfect Sommelier with a gracious and warm presence. Anani has practiced flawlessly food and wine pairings with deft and inspiration at some of the best restaurants in the world. This includes Per Se in New York City and The French Laundry in Yountville. In addition to his tenure as Sommelier and Maitre’D Anani Lawson has founded ATL Wine Consulting; they focus luxury travel events for destination management companies, as well as wines tasting events in California and in France. Anani is currently employed as a Captain at The French Laundry and resides in Napa Valley.
Sheana Davis, The Epicurean Connection is celebrating 20 years as Chef, Caterer and Culinary Educator. You will find her teaching cooking classes, conducting workshops and participating as a guest chef at local and national culinary events. She offers a creative and versatile range of food experiences and services while traveling between Sonoma and New Orleans.
