Vella Cheese Company Pesto Jack
Served with Fresh Artisan Bakers Baguette

Vella Cheese Company Toma, drizzled with Lemon Olive Oil Served with fresh Artisan Bakers baguette

Fresh Basque Boulangerie Bakers Baked Herb Foccocia
with fresh Basil Marinara Sauce

Chocolate Animal Cookies

Fresh Basil Marinara Sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh garlic, chopped
2 cups Tomato purree
1/2 cup fresh basil, stems removed and chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Sprinkle with grated Vella Dry Jack

In a heavy bottom pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Saute garlic and add in tomatoes and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
Add in basil and continue to simmer for 8-12 minutes.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Serve with fresh grated Vella Dry Jack and fresh baked bread of choice.
For a complete meal, toss fresh cooked pasta with Marinara Sauce.
