Basil Marinara Sauce 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 tablespoon fresh garlic,
chopped 2 cups Tomato purree 1/2 cup fresh basil, stems removed and chopped Salt
and pepper to taste Sprinkle with grated Vella Dry Jack
In
a heavy bottom pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Saute garlic and add
in tomatoes and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Add in basil and continue to simmer
for 8-12 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh
grated Vella Dry Jack and fresh baked bread of choice. For a complete meal,
toss fresh cooked pasta with Marinara Sauce.
