Fromage Blanc Sprinkled with Dried Cranberries, Pumpkin Seeds and Maple Syrup Served with Sweet Baguette

1 cup Fromage Blanc
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds, toasted
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1 loaf Sweet Baguette

Place Fromage Blanc in a serving bowl and sprinkle with dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds.  Drizzle with Maple syrup and enjoy with a sweet baguette.   Enjoy with a IPA or Golden Bock!

Sonoma Valley Chevre Whisked with Orange Zest & Maple Syrup Served with Pumpkin Seed Breads

1 cup fresh Chevre
1 teaspoon fresh orange zest
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Place chevre in a serving bowl and sprinkle with orange zest.  Drizzle with Maple Syrup and serve with Pumpkin seed bread.  Enjoy with a glass of Pear Cider or Apple Cider.

Fall Pumpkin & Pumpkin Seed Chevre

1/4 cup Sonoma Valley Olive Oil
1 cup fresh pumpkin, peeled and grated fine
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1 cup fresh Chevre
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
Heat Olive oil over low flame and saute pumpkin until transluscent.  Add in cinnamon, nutmeg, sea salt and pepper.  Stir together, taste and adjust seasoning.  Remove from flame and allow to cool.  Serve over fresh chevre and sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds.
Enjoy with a Pumpkin Ale or a glass of Apple Cider.
