Drizzled with Poggiolio Olive Oil

Achadinha Cheese Company Broncha
Drizzled with fresh pressed Cabernet Juice

2 cups fresh Black Mission Figs,
stems removed and cut in half
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 cup Poggiolio Olive Oil
1/4 cup Stella Cadente Meyer Lemon Olive Oil

Place figs, lemon zest and orange zest in food processor. Blend while drizzling in olive oil. Add in citrus olive oil and continue to blend until smooth. Store in an airtight container for 7-14 days. Serve with Vella Cheese Company Romanello and Achadinha Cheese Company Capricious. Enjoy!
