cup Golden Currants 2 cups Carignane, Pinot or Zinfandel 1/2 teaspoon fresh
orange zest 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper In a heavy bottom pot,
over low flame simmer all ingredients for 30 minutes and until wine thickens and
fruit is plump. Serve with cheese course and fresh baked breads. Enjoy!
