I have worked with Sheana Davis for the past 9 years at the PlumpJack Squaw Valley Inn. Sheana is the hardest working woman in food business! Her determination to educate and passion for sustainably grown, regional foods is refreshing. Her motto “Eat Responsibly, Act Locally, Respond Politically” describes the force of Sheana Davis. She is an active volunteer in Sonoma County, California, a great wine maker and cheese connoisseur. Sheana also hosts a weekly local radio show “From the Farm to the Table” on KSVY 91.3. Sheana celebrates, preserves and nutures our culinary heritage and diversity.
