Apple Blossom Recipes
Summer Apple Blossom Salad

Yields 4-6 servings
½ # fresh Oakhill Farm Salad Greens
½ cup Apple Blossoms
¼ cup Nana Mae’s Apple Cider Vinegar
½ cup Sonoma Valley Olive Oil
¼ cup Nana Mae’s Seasonal Blossom Honey
Sprinkle of sea salt and fresh ground black pepper Sprinkle salad greens and apple blossoms in a serving bowl. Combine cider vinegar, olive oil and honey in a Mason jar and gently whisk together. Drizzle over salad greens and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Enjoy with a glass of Apple Juice Spritzer.
Apple Juice Spritzer

Yields 4 cups or 8 servings
3 cups Nana Mae’s Heirloom Apple Juice
1 cup Sparkling Water
½ teaspoon lemon zest
¼ cup Apple blossoms Ice
Place apple juice and sparkling water in glass serving pitcher. Serve over ice and garnish with apple blossoms.
